It‘s the first day of hoilday.I went to shopping with my mom. we were at a “fashion store”Mom said :“Oh,look at that hat!It‘s beautiful!”I asked:“Do you want to try it on?”“yes!”she said. “so,what do you think?”she asked me .“The style is terrific, but I don‘t like the color.”I answered her.“I‘ll take it” and her talk to the sell clerk,and wearing it. 翻译:这是我第一天放假.我和我的妈妈去逛街了.我们在一家“时装店”的小商店逛.妈妈说;“ 看,那顶帽子真漂亮!”我问;“你想戴以下吗?”“当然!”她说.“你觉得怎么样?”“款式好,但我不喜欢颜色.”我回答她.“我要买了!” 说着她找售货员把帽子买了,并戴了起来. 周记英语 第2篇 今天，侯老师定下了参加英语儿歌比赛的同学。我没有被选上，我有点失望。原因是最近我生病，没有提前准备，而且今天我背诵时声音太低。 回到了家，我把这件事告诉了妈妈，妈妈开导我说：“这次没选上没关系，最主要的是以后老师布置的事情要提前认真准备，背诵时要大声，发音准确，吐字清楚。”我暗暗地下决心：以后要积极参加学校的各项活动、认真仔细地做好每件事。 论英语周记对学生学习英语的作用 第3篇 现今的大学生普遍学习英语多年, 按理说应该基本能够运用英语来表达自己的思想, 但是能够真正做到的并不多, 非英语专业的大学生中能够准确运用英语来表达思想的更是寥寥无几。学生普遍认为运用英语进行口语表达比英语写作容易。比如笔者经常利用课前10分钟鼓励学生将他们近期的见闻和感想用英语表达出来。不少学生跃跃欲试, 他们或多或少都能够讲出点内容。但是有时候布置学生将某一话题写成一篇文章就引起一片哗然。为什么会出现这样的情况呢?因为多数学生运用语言的准确性不好, 提起笔来不是忘记单词的拼写就是无法有效地组织语言。很多平时听起来似乎很流利的英语一旦写成文字就错漏百出, 经常出现辞不达意的情况, 中文式英语更是常见。针对目前非英语专业学生普遍存在的难以用英语表达思想的现状, 笔者提出尝试利用写作英语周记的方法来激发学生的英语学习兴趣, 提高他们运用英语表达思想的能力。 二、写作对英语学习的作用 写作对提高英语的综合运用能力有帮助, 这是很多人都认同的观点。如果一个人有足够的时间来进行英语写作都有困难, 经常出现用词不当, 语法不规范, 行文不通顺的情况, 那么很难想象他能够在口头交流的时候表达出准确的英语来。因此写作对英语的学习具有不容忽视的促进作用。 参考王初明教授的观点, 笔者认为以写作的方法来促进英语学习具有以下好处: 1.写作可以提高学生学习英语单词的效率。王初明教授 (2005) 在一项写作与词汇记忆的实验中发现, 英语单词如果在写作中用过一次, 被记住的几率明显增加, 这说明写作能够提高学习者记忆英语单词的效率。 2.写作不易产生英语学习的心理障碍。同样是用来表达思想的英语, 写出来比说出来的心理压力要小得多。因为通过口语来表达有个发音的问题, 如果发音不标准, 往往会给说者带来一定的心理压力, 生怕会被别人笑话, 久而久之容易产生心理障碍, 使得英语表达能力得不到提高。但是写作就不同, 写作可以是个人行为, 写出来的东西可以不必与其他人交流, 所以由写作而产生的成就感和自信心会不断增强, 使得英语运用能力得到提高。 3.写作能够使语言使用更加准确、规范。我们知道口头交流与语境有直接的关系, 有了真实的语境, 交流就变得容易, 即使是说“洋泾滨”英语也可以让人听懂。但是如果只能用“洋泾滨”英语来对一个事件作评论就会使表达凌乱不堪, 容易使听者迷惑不解。我们学习英语的最终目的是要能够准确、恰当的运用它。相对于听、说、读而言, 写要求学习者更加关注语言的准确输入。因此, 英语写作锻炼可以规范语言表达, 使我们对英语的运用更加规范。 学习英语的最终目的无非是要能够运用英语来进行准确、有效的听、说、读、写。尽管英语写作已经不是我们现在英语教学的重心, 但是在我国能够让所有的学生都有机会直接用英语来交流的条件还不成熟, 如何使语言表达更加的准确、规范是摆在我国每个语言学习者与每个语言教师面前的一个难题。所以笔者认为仍然有必要利用英文写作来巩固和促进英语学习, 提高英语学习者的综合运用语言的能力。 三、写作英语周记的意义 在写作英语周记的过程中, 学生既能巩固所学的知识, 如单词、语法的运用, 又能增加吸收新知识的机会。通过周记学生把自己的点滴记录下来, 他们可以看到自己的进步, 学习英语的兴趣也会得到提高。鉴于写作对英语学习的种种益处, 笔者提出让学生以写作英语周记的方法来练习英语写作, 养成笔头表达思想的习惯, 从而全面提高他们综合运用英语的能力。为什么选择写作周记来进行英语写作练习呢?众所周知学好英语需要一个漫长的过程, 需要日积月累。写作周记正是一个点滴积累知识的长期有效的方法。 1.英语周记的内容和目的 英语周记就是用英语写的关于前面一周发生的情况记录。周记的内容可以非常广泛, 可以写关于学生自己的生活、见闻和对新近发生的事件进行描述或表达自己对事件的看法, 也可以写关于自己学习英语的情况, 如对前面一周学习的总结, 一篇英文读物的读后感或英文电影的观后感, 也可以对前面一周老师的教学作一次个人的评价, 并提出建议或意见等。所以周记的内容可以根据学生自己的兴趣由学生自己决定。这样一来就避免了由老师确定题目, 使学生过于依赖老师, 失去学习语言的自主能力。 让学生自主写作周记的目的有三:一是帮助学生了解自己的英语水平, 因为通过周记写作, 学生可以发现自己在英语学习上所存在的问题, 以便他们利用周记的写作温故知新。二是鼓励学生在写作过程中不断增加语言知识的积累, 进而提高自身听、说、读、写等综合运用语言的能力。三是利用周记的写作为老师和学生搭建一个相互沟通的平台。 2.让学生写英语周记的作用 英语周记的写作除了与普通写作一样能够提高学习者综合运用英语的能力, 它还具有其独特的好处。 首先, 周记的写作可以不设框框, 让学生有自由写作的空间。学生想写什么, 何时开始, 何时结束都可以自己控制, 不受其他的干预和限制。与传统的写作教学相比, 写作周记属于以学生为主体的自主学习, 能够引发学生表达思想的欲望和冲动。写作周记使学生可以不受约束地用英语来表达自己的真实感受和生活体验, 使得作文有话可写, 有感而发, 自然而然学习的心理压力就大大降低, 因此让学生写作周记能够有效地调动和激发学生的情感要素, 使他们对英语的学习更加积极主动。 其次, 因为英语学习是一个漫长的过程, 很难立即见效。很多学生对此认识不足, 急于求成, 往往容易产生急躁情绪。有的学生对英语学习感到无可奈何, 甚至悲观失望。面对这样的情况, 老师可以鼓励学生通过写作周记来提高学习英语的兴趣。 再者, 周记给师生提供了一个相互交流的平台。通过写作周记学生找到了一个向老师吐露心声的有效途径。他们可以将一些内心的情感用英语表达出来, 这样一来英语运用能力得到提高, 学生的情绪也得到倾诉, 所以写作周记有利于学生的身心健康。学生的周记对于老师来说也很重要。通过学生的周记老师可以及时了解学生的学习和生活情况, 对于有困难的学生可以适时给予帮助。 四、结语 虽然有很多方法可以促进学生的英语学习, 但是根据我们国家仍然缺乏学习英语的语言环境的现实, 写作对英语学习的促进作用不容忽视。利用写作英语周记让学生练习英语写作, 养成笔头表达思想的习惯, 从而全面提高他们综合运用英语的能力。这种写作教学方法能够适应我国的国情也适用于不同的学习阶段和不同英语水平的学生, 具有现实的可操作性。 参考文献 [1]王初明.以写促学中的词汇学习[J].外国语言文学, 2005, (1) . This taste can be really bad. 利用周记提高英语写作能力 第8篇 记得读初中的时候, 语文老师曾告诫我们说, 写作文的时候一定要放松, 把想写的东西写出来就可以了。千万不要一拿笔就想“我现在开始写作文了”, 这样只能让自己很紧张, 很难写出好作文。英语写作也是如此。克服英语写作的畏难情绪, 我们要做的第一步就是把英语作文当做平常的练习题———也就是周记来写。但仅仅这样是不够的, 从头脑中有了想法, 到把文章写在纸上变成周记有一个过程, 那该如何提高学生的英语写作能力呢? 第一步, 选择合适的话题。话题就是一篇文章的主题, 一般在文章的开头部分用一个句子点明。由于学生在写作方面尚未入门, 最初的周记话题由教师来定, 话题既不能太大, 也不能太小。我从学生的角度入手, 考虑到学生的年龄、兴趣和他们的一些观点, 选定学生熟悉并感兴趣的一些话题作为周记的内容, 并且把这些话题形成一个系列, 帮助他们熟悉这一类作文的写作方法。例如最初的周记系列话题, 我选择以人物描写为主, 要求学生描写自己的父母、老师、好朋友、同桌以及自己, 等等。 第二步, 整理写作思路。有了话题之后, 学生们就有了各种各样的写作思路。如果放任学生按他们个人的思路去写周记, 结果写在纸上的东西就和他们以前所写的作文一样, 一部分人的作文只有他们自己能看得懂。对此, 我在课堂上鼓励学生大胆说出自己的想法和构思。然后让班内的学生把这些想法和构思放在一起进行比较整理, 看看哪一种思路在写作中最容易实现。对于最初的人物描写系列话题来说, 学生们一致认定这类作文里应该有人物的体貌特征描写, 还要有人物的性格特征描写, 对于性格特征的描写最好能用具体事例来证明, 这样文章里的人物形象才能丰满, 才能立体, 才能鲜活动人。 第三步, 列出写作提纲。有了话题和写作思路, 就可以写出文章的提纲。提纲是一篇文章的蓝图, 它比较详细地列出文章的段落以及段落的内容。针对学生的写作水平, 我要求学生在这一步用句子写提纲, 因为这样的提纲给学生的写作提供了更多的方便。以《我的好朋友》为例: (1) 开门见山指出写作对象的姓名、与本人的关系、外貌特征; (2) 写作对象的性格特征 (突出优点) 和特长, 以及能够表现其特征的具体事例; (3) 概括全文, 给写作对象一个总体评价。这样的提纲让学生一目了然, 明白哪一段应该写什么内容。如此一来, 学生在写作过程中就不容易出现漏写或重复等问题。 第四步, 选好词组与句型结构。列出句子提纲后, 我开始引导学生考虑文章中能用到哪些词组和句型。首先, 我利用“头脑风暴”这个小游戏, 充分开动学生们的大脑, 很多好的词组和句型结构由此立即跃然纸上。然后, 我请学生们选择需要的词组和句型结构。之后, 我对这些词组和句型结构的用法进行必要的引导, 以免学生在使用过程中出现错用、误用现象。 第五步, 形成文字草稿。话题、思路、提纲、词组以及句型结构摆在面前, 写草稿已然是水到渠成之事。写草稿时, 我要求学生在行与行之间拉开距离, 边上留有足够的空白, 这样在修改的时候会方便很多。 第六步, 修改周记。请学生们相互交换周记, 看看这篇文章有没有时态、语法或者语句不通顺之类的问题需要修正。不管学生有没有看出问题, 该篇周记的作者都需要认真检查一遍, 确定找不出问题之后再上交。 第七步, 批改作业。写周记的初期阶段, 对这些周记老师要尽量做到面批面改。因为不管老师前期引导得有多么到位, 前期的准备步骤有多么详尽,
